If there are certain journals key to your field, you can keep track of them using a service called Browzine. Browzine allows you the opportunity to save copies of journals to your phone, tablet, or computer, and it will send you a notification when a new issue is published. It is organized by subject so you can use it to discover other publications as well. You can export articles to citation management as well!
