Endnote

Different operating systems have different requirements for Endnote. To help you find your way, your good friends on YouTube have created videos to guide you.

This is the overview of using Endnote. For PC users, this is all you'll need.

Here's the link to the  Endnote Mac needs. It's worth the few minutes it takes to see this in action, so that you can see where to find the components you will need.

If you need further assistance with Endnote, here's the help request form.

RefWorks

RefWorks also has different arrangements for Macs & PC. When you first open RefWorks, you'll see the links for each operating system. No need to visit another page. You will have access to your RefWorks account after you leave UGA.

To begin, here's the overview of RefWorks.  This video has multiple segments, and it's worth the time to view all of them.

After you create an account, go to the Tool Bar and download "Tools". This is required to make the magic happen.

If you're given on option of using the orange version or the blue version of RefWorks, choose the blue version. This is newer and is replacing the orange version.

I can help you with RefWorks. Contact me for more info.
