Transfer from Zotero to RefWorks

You can easily import your Zotero into your RefWorks account:

  1. Log in to your Zotero account.

  2. Select references. 

  3. Right-click and choose Export Selected Items. Choose RIS. Save the file.

  4. In RefWorks, click the Add a reference icon , then select Import References

  5. Drag and drop the saved file into RefWorks into the box, or use the link to “select a file from your computer” and upload it. 

 

This is a similar process for all other citation managers.  You will export your citations to an RIS file, and then upload that file into RefWorks.
