What is their approach to research?
How are they going about answering the question?
What did they conclude?
Evaluate
Credibilty
Does the research question seem clear?
Does it seem like a question that can be answered? With their approach?
Are the methods sound? (population not too small, controls, etc)
Reliability
Are the methods clear enough that the experiment/research could be reproduced?
Authority
Is the author(s) affiliated with a research institution?
What other publications have the author(s) published?
How many times have they been cited?
Bias/Point of view
Is there any potential conflict of interest?
Who funded the study?
