1. I'm a UGA Author, and I wish to publish my work OA in an ACS Journal, do I have to pay to publish?

No. UGA corresponding authors can publish in ANY ACS journal for free under the GALILEO/ACS Read and Publish Agreement, starting in 2023.

2. Is there a limit on the number of publications from UGA authors that can be published OA during the terms of this agreement?

Yes, the agreement covers up to 350 articles per year for the GALILEO consortia.
