This guide focuses on some psychological measures. There is a wider guide to Tests and Measures for the Social Sciences by Sheila Devaney. It has a very good section on psychosocial tests in books that are available from UGA Libraries.
General Advice
The CDC has a compendium series on measures and assessments. Go to the CDC Stacks website and run a search. You can try a phrase like "compendium of assessment" or just "compendium". The search tends to run better without quotation marks.

Some of these sites are maintained by large university departments, while others are the projects of individual librarians or faculty. Some are lists while others are searchable databases.
Like printed books, ebooks are in the GIL-Find catalog. The "Books and More" search box on the library website is the same content as GIL-Find, so you can use either for search for ebooks. Just limit to online resources and books.
