UGA is the largest library in the State, but even we don't have everything you'll need. To help fill the gap, use Interlibrary Loan or GIL-Express. ILL, as we commonly say, will track down what you need, for free, from anywhere in the world. No kidding. Articles are sent as a PDF to your email and books may be picked up at any UGA library. NEVER, EVER PAY FOR ARTICLES OR BOOKS TILL YOU'VE TALKED TO INTERLIBRARY LOAN. If you're going to throw money around, take librarians out to lunch....One thing to remember: Interlibrary Loan is ONLY FOR MATERIALS WE DON'T OWN. One way to remember that is that it rhymes--We don't own/ Use Interlibrary Loan.
GIL- Express will let you borrow BOOKS from any University System of Georgia Library FOR FREE! Visit their page for how-to info. It's easy & pretty fast.
One thing to remember. ILL will NOT borrow text books. If available, you MAY be able to get textbooks from GIL Express, depending on availability.
And remember, you can ALWAYS ask for help!
