FACTS Finding Mission

What do you know about the UGA Libraries?

F - Friendly, resourceful librarians and staff, ready to help

Start at the 2nd floor Security Desk near Jittery Joe's coffee.

This location is always staffed by MLC Security. If they don’t know the answer, they will get you to someone who does.

The MLC is a big building with a lot of friendly, helpful staff, including librarians who can help you with your research as well as tutors from the Division of Academic Enhancement and the Writing Center. All of this academic support is through no-cost, one-on-one consultations.

The Writing Center and Librarians are on the 3rd floor but we aren't ready to go there just yet. Head west down the main hallway and look for the letter A

By the way, if you hang around the MLC you will learn that the FMD Building Services workers and the Enterprise Technology (EITS) and Center for Teaching and Learning staff and student workers are also helpful and friendly.
