Web of Science: Multidisciplinary database geared towards high-level research.

Google Scholar: Copy-paste an article title here and click the 'FindIt@UGA' link to get full text.

Access your library account

  • Check for fines
  • Renew your materials online
  • Review your contact information
  • See the status of your requests (pickup, recall, etc.)

Contact Access Services if you have any questions/concerns with your account.

Remote Access Password (Galileo Password)

This password is required to access UGA Libraries resources from off campus and on some wireless networks.

  • Type in your UGA MyID and password or follow the instructions if you do not have a UGA login.

NOTE: Password will change every semester and if your library account is blocked due to overdue books and/or fines you will be unable to access the password.

Getting Materials not at UGA

Interlibrary Loan: used for journal articles, books not held in Georgia.

GIL Express: used for books held held in Georgia.

Both are available to UGA affiliated researchers free of charge.
